is
Celebrating 40 YEARS! (1986-2026)

Camp Wittman was established in 1986 as a collaborative partnership between Wittman Farms and the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Lewis-Clark Valley. Our mission to support natural resource and outdoor education for youth and natural resource educators has remained our primary focus through the years.

Since those early summer days when visitors pitched their tents here, Camp Wittman has greatly expanded its capacity and facilities, and has even hosted weddings. Thanks to ongoing support from generous donors, and the hands-on help from countless community volunteers over the years, Camp Wittman has continued to evolve, and continues to do so, with a vision for becoming the premier venue where educators, businesses, and private groups can come to recreate and learn.

In 2021, Camp Wittman officially transitioned to the Camp Wittman Outdoor Center (CWOC), becoming an independently-operated 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization with a vision for expanding use as a retreat and event center. CWOC continues to grow and evolve, and is now ready to welcome more users of all ages to explore its enormous potential for natural resource education and recreation opportunities.
